FAQ
Uniforms
All uniforms (jerseys and pants) are ordered by us through New Balance and they take at least 5-6 weeks to get in. Please go by the Clubhouse to try on items before purchasing.
We can not accept returns or exchanges from jerseys as they are a custom item.
Customized pants (adding or taking away inches from length) can not be returned or exchanged.
Non-customized pants can be returned for another size as long as they are unworn and new in bag.
Payments - Credit or COD (Zelle, Check or Cash)
You can pay via credit card on Shopify, but they do charge a convenience fee. We also accept Cash On Delivery (COD) through cash, check or Zelle (trent@trpdbaseball.com). If paying COD, make sure to send payment as soon as possible. If sending check or cash, please send at our next Texas Mustangs event in envelope with player name on it.
Order Pick Ups
We do not ship. Orders will be available for pickup at the Clubhouse and sometimes with your coach at field practices.
All items placed will be ready for pick up together. We will not separate orders.
Refunds + Returns
Any "custom" item with a name or a number cannot be refunded, or exchanged.
Non-customized items can be exchanged for a different size as long as they are not worn.
Please make sure to double check sizes as there will be a delay in reorders.
